1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 21phcash platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account on 21phcash, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 21phcash reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

1.3 Excluded Persons

2. Account Registration & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 21phcash account credentials, including your username and password. 2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 21phcash platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 21phcash reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 21phcash is ₱50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 21phcash aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. 21phcash reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

3.4 Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 21phcash reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.

3.5 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under Philippine law, including but not limited to any applicable withholding tax on gambling winnings. 21phcash does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 21phcash platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of 21phcash or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

21phcash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

7.3 Trademarks

The 21phcash name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 21phcash. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 21phcash.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

The 21phcash platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 21phcash to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 21phcash account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

21phcash shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 21phcash account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10.2 Termination by 21phcash

21phcash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirements;
• Responsible gaming concerns, including at the request of the player or a third party acting on the player's behalf.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the 21phcash platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate regulatory channels, including PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

11.3 Waiver of Class Action

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Amendments to These Terms

21phcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 21phcash will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 21phcash platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1 above.
